The problem

Every detail is typed in by hand, often more than once: in the mail, a spreadsheet and the invoice program.

5. Payment. A deposit of 30% confirms the booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure.

6. Cancellation. If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, the deposit is kept. After that, the full price is due.

7. Licences. Each hunter brings a valid hunting licence and the permits for any rifle they bring.
